The Company was notified on 28 June 2018 that Anton Bilton, Executive Deputy Chairman purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 45p per share.
Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Anton Bilton and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 43,548,711 Ordinary Shares being 6.9231% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
