The Company was notified yesterday, that on 26 June 2018 the Aurora Europa PCC Limited, a pension of which Anton Bilton, Executive Deputy Chairman is interested, purchased 32,410 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.1p per share.
Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Anton Bilton and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 43,348,711 Ordinary Shares being 6.8913% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
