On 3 January 2017, Stephen Coe, Non Executive Director of the Company subscribed for 483 scrip cumulative redeemable preference shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Preference Shares") in respect of the preference share dividend for the period from 30 September 2016 to (but excluding) 31 December 2016. Following this subscription Steve Coe and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 63,004 Preference Shares.

Its Convertible Preference Shares are admitted to the CISEA Official List and trading on the SETSqx market of the London Stock Exchange.
