Director's Dealing
The Company was notified yesterday that the Cassian and Lily Bilton Trust, a trust of which Anton Bilton, Executive Deputy Chairman is interested, transferred 2,029,333 ordinary shares to Cassian and Lily Bilton. Under the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Cassian and Lily Bilton are not considered persons closely associated with Mr Bilton. Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Anton Bilton and persons closely associated with Mr Bilton is 43,864,758 ordinary shares (representing 6.57% of the issued ordinary share capital).
