Pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2-A, the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company was notified yesterday that Anton Bilton, Executive Deputy Chairman, transferred 1,000,000 cumulative redeemable preference shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Preference Shares") to his daughter Lily Bilton.
Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Anton Bilton and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 4,953,355 Preference Shares being 4.9546% of the total Preference Shares in issue.
