In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Christopher Sherwell, an independent non-executive Director, has informed the Company that he was appointed as the Chairman of Trian Investors 1 Limited on 24 August 2018 which was listed on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange on 27 September 2018.
