On 31 March 2017, Stephen Coe, Non Executive Director of the Company subscribed for 460 scrip cumulative redeemable preference shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Preference Shares") in respect of the preference share dividend for the period from 31 December 2016 to (but excluding) 31 March 2017. Following this subscription Stephen Coe and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 63,464 Preference Shares.
