Raven Russia Limited ("Raven Russia" or the "Company")
Application for Block Listing
Raven Russia announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 197,597,512 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA.
The number of shares applied for in the application reflects the possible conversion of 108,689,501 convertible preference shares which can be converted into ordinary shares at a rate of 1.818 ordinary shares for each convertible preference share (subject to certain adjustments).
It is expected that the block listing in respect of the 197,597,512 ordinary shares will become effective on 13 July 2016. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
