RAVEN RUSSIA LIMITED ("Raven Russia")

New Preference Shares and New Warrants - Listing and Dealings

Raven Russia announces today the admission of 1,435,883 New Preference Shares and of  1,435,883 New Warrants to trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange ("AIM") and the commencement of unconditional dealings in those New Preference Shares and New Warrants. 

These New Preference Shares and New Warrants have been issued to Raven Mount following the exercise by Raven Russia of its rights under sections 974 to 991 of the Companies Act 2006 to compulsorily acquire any Raven Mount Shares not acquired pursuant to the Offer. Such New Preference Shares and New Warrants will be held by Raven Mount on trust on behalf of those Raven Mount Shareholders who did not accept the Offer before it closed on 5 June 2009.

The total number of Preference Shares in issue is now 142,662,143. The total number of Warrants in issue is 142,564,478.

Any previous holders of Raven Mount Shares whose shares have now been compulsorily acquired by Raven Russia should contact Capita Registrars on 0871 664 0321, or, if calling from overseas, +44 (0)20 8639 3399 to claim the Preference Shares and Warrants they are entitled to receive. 

Terms defined in the Offer Document have the same meaning as in this announcement.
