Completion of acquisition
On 13 August 2018, the Board announced that a subsidiary of the Company had entered into two conditional agreements ('the Agreements") for the acquisition of a logistics park in Moscow subject to the satisfaction of certain escrow arrangements. The Agreements provided for the subsidiary of the Company to acquire a completed warehouse complex from Industrialniy park "Sever" Limited Liability Company and "Astreya" Joint Stock Company for an initial cash consideration of RUR 2.45billion ($35.6million) with RUR 160.0 million ($2.3 million) deferred for between six to eight months following completion and payable on the fulfillment of the Sellers' obligations under the Agreements.
The Board is pleased to announce that completion of the acquisition took place yesterday, 12 September 2018.
