RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a leading provider of services to remote locations in Africa and the Middle East, confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Dentons, 1 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7WS on Monday, 24 June 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have now been posted to shareholders.
