Trading Update

First Artist Corporation plc (AIM:FAN) is pleased to provide a further update to the market following the announcement on 4 August 2009.  Trading continued very positively for the remainder of the summer football transfer window, and in addition to the deals already announced, the Sport division was instrumental in the following transfers:

Niko Kranjcar from Portsmouth to Tottenham Hotspur

Sebastien Bassong from Newcastle to Tottenham Hotspur

Jonathan Greening from WBA to Fulham

Habib Beye from Newcastle to Aston Villa

Martin Albrechtsen from Derby County to F C Midtjylland (Denmark)

These are amongst more than 30 other transactions in one of our best football trading windows to date.

The division was also responsible for re-negotiating Davide Santon's contract with Inter Milan.

Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of our banking  facility with Allied Irish Bank, the Group has repaid £0.5 million of its mezzanine loans.
