Director shareholding
r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment company, announces that Miroma R4E Holdings Limited, a company of which Marc Boyan, Chief Executive of the Company, is a director and controlling shareholder, has on 22 June 2018 purchased 3,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.52p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Marc Boyan now has a total beneficial interest in 126,666,669 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 12.60% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. All of these shares are registered in the name of Miroma R4E Holdings Limited.
