reach4entertainment enterprises plc (AIM: R4E), the integrated international marketing group serving the live performance and entertainment industry, announces the following updates to disclosure in relation to Lord Michael Ian Grade of Yarmouth, Chairman of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Gate Ventures Plc, a company of which Lord Grade was Chairman, received a court order to appoint administrators, who were appointed on 13 March 2020.
