AIM Disclosure Update
r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment marketing company announces, in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been notified of the following information by Marcus Yeoman:
A receiver was appointed to Powamatique Limited on 25 June 2009, while Mr Yeoman was acting as a director of the company. The receiver was appointed on behalf of a bank in order to recover a commercial property asset over which it held a charge. Mr Yeoman ceased to act as a director of Powamatique Limited on 5 July 2011 and the company was ultimately dissolved via a compulsory strike off on 17 July 2012.
