Quixant (AIM:QXT) a leading provider of specialised computing platforms and monitors for gaming and slot machine applications was notified on 04 April 2016 that Michael Peagram, Chairman of the Company, through the employee dealing pool, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 200 pence per Ordinary Share on 06 April 2016 (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Michael Peagram is interested in 202,174 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
