QUIZ plc (AIM: QUIZ, "QUIZ" or "the Company"), the omni-channel fast fashion womenswear brand, notifies that Gerard Sweeney, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has today been granted options ("Options") over 161,490 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 161 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the grant of the Options, Mr Sweeney's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 12,422 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
