RESULT OF SPECIAL MEETING
At the Special Meeting of Quarto (QRT.L), one of the largest international co-edition book publishers based in London, held today at 2.00 p.m. all the resolutions were duly passed.
Accordingly Laurence Orbach was removed as a Director of the Company and Tim Chadwick was appointed a Director of the Company.
