Non-Executive Director Declaration

5 March 2024 - In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) of the UK Listing Authority, QinetiQ Group plc ('QinetiQ') today announces that Ross McEwan, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of BHP Group Limited, with effect from 3 April 2024.
