Publication of Supplementary Note relating to Annual Report and Accounts 2017
QinetiQ Group plc (the "Company") has today published a supplementary note, together with an audit report thereon, relating to the Directors' Remuneration Report set out on pages 68 to 91 of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017.
The supplementary note and the audit report thereon, relating to two administrative errors in the Directors' Remuneration Report, are being posted or otherwise made available to shareholders and are available to view or download from the Company's website at www.qinetiq.com/investors.
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday, 19 July 2017 at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA.
