Quilter plc ("Quilter" or the "Company") announces that Tim Breedon has notified the Company of his intention to retire from the Quilter Board in September 2024. A further announcement will be made in due course once the effective date is known.
Commenting on today's announcement, Ruth Markland, Quilter Chair, said, "Tim has played a significant role on the Quilter Board since joining in 2020 and I am grateful for the support he has provided to me and the Board during his time as Senior Independent Director. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Tim for his commitment and valuable contribution to Quilter during his tenure."

1. | Tim Breedon is the Senior Independent Director and Workforce Engagement Director, Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee and a member of the Board Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee. He is also Chair of Quilter Investors Limited and a member of the Boards of Quilter Investment Platform Limited, Quilter Life & Pensions Limited and Quilter Financial Planning Limited.
