Announcement regarding dealing in shares

This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 3 February 2010 Mr A Kanellis exercised options granted to him under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme ("the ESOS") over 313,799 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company at the following exercise prices:

214,010 shares at £0.747 per share

99,789 shares at £1.104 per share

He subsequently sold 179,558 ordinary shares to the Paterson Zochonis Employee Trust ("the Trust") on 3 February for a consideration of £2.5480 per share. Mr Kanellis is Chief Executive of the Company and the Company was informed by Mr Kanellis of this dealing on 3 February. After this sale, Mr Kanellis holds 262,239 ordinary shares in the Company (comprising 0.06% of the total shares in issue).

On 3 February 2010 Mr C Davis exercised options granted to him under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme over 242,040 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company at the following exercise prices:

76,900 shares at £0.747 per share

31,170 shares at £1.104 per share

62,900 shares at £1.298 per share

71,070 shares at £1.407 per share

He subsequently sold 242,040 ordinary shares to the Trust on 3 February for a consideration of £2.5480 per share. Mr Davis is Commercial Director of the Company and the Company was informed by Mr Davis of this dealing on 3 February. After this sale, Mr Davis holds 170,761 ordinary shares in the Company (comprising 0.04% of the total shares in issue).

The Trust is a discretionary trust under which the class of beneficiaries who may benefit comprises all bona fide employees and former employees of the Company and its subsidiaries including members of such employees' and former employees' immediate families. Accordingly, the Executive Directors and PDMRs of the Company are included in the class of beneficiaries and are deemed to have an interest in all of such shares. The Trust's holding in the ordinary shares of 1p in the Company after the dealings listed above is 1,122,496 shares (0.26%).

On 1 February 2010 Mr Chris How, who has been designated by the Board of the Directors of the Company as a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 15,000 ordinary shares for a consideration of £2.45 per share. After this sale, Mr How holds 39,509 ordinary shares in the Company (comprising less than 0.01% of the total shares in issue). The Company was informed by Mr How of this dealing in shares on 1 February.

No new shares have been issued in respect of any of the dealings above. The current issued share capital of the company is 428,724,960 ordinary shares of 1p each.
