Director Dealing
The Company announces that Dr Christophe Chassagnole, Chief Operating Officer of Physiomics, has transferred, for no consideration, paper share certificates of 85,715 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his nominee account with Interactive Investor Services Limited. The Ordinary Shares remain beneficially owned by Dr Chassagnole.
Accordingly, Dr Chassagnole's holding in the Company remains unchanged at 602,723 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.62 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
