Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Pinewood Group plc (the "Company"), a leading provider of services to the global film and television industry, today announces that it has posted its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016, a Notice of Annual General Meeting and a form of proxy to all shareholders.
A copy of the Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be also published on the Company's website today http://www.pinewoodgroup.com/investor-relations.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 26 September 2016 at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AL at 10.30 am.
Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
