Pinewood Shepperton plc (the "Company") today announces that Patrick Garner will be retiring from the Company with effect from 30 April 2012. Patrick has been Finance Director since 2001. Chris Naisby, currently Financial Controller will assume responsibility for the Group finance function.

Michael Grade, Chairman said "The Board would like to record its grateful thanks to Patrick for his contribution to the success of Pinewood Shepperton over the past eleven years and our best wishes for the future".
