Change of Name
Following a board meeting held today, the Directors of the Company wish to announce that, with effect from today, 23 February 2015, Pinewood Shepperton plc has changed its name to Pinewood Group plc and the Company expects this change to be reflected on the London Stock Exchange from 25 February 2015.
The Company's TIDM on the London Stock Exchange in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") will be unchanged.
Share certificates representing those Ordinary Shares held in certificated form will continue to be valid and no new share certificates will be issued.
