TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

London, 31 March 2017: Premier Veterinary Group plc (LSE: PVG) (the "Company") notifies the market in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R that, as of 31 March 2017, the Company's issued share capital consists of 15,346,950 ordinary shares with voting rights.

There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.

The figure of 15,346,950 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
