NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
London, UK, 10 March 2017 (LSE: PVG): Following interest in the Company from a number of institutional investors, and with the aim of increasing the liquidity of the Company's shares, certain directors of PVG have sold, in aggregate, 2,350,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 225 pence per ordinary share. The number of ordinary shares sold by each director and their remaining interest in ordinary shares is set out below. Following this share disposal, these directors have no current intention of selling any further shares in PVG.
