NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)
London, UK, 23 April 2019 (LSE: PVG): Premier Veterinary Group plc ("the Company") announces that it has on 26 February 2019:
Issued Warrants to subscribe to 230,204 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to Crossroads Finance limited ("Crossroads"), a company jointly owned and controlled by Dominic Tonner, Chief Executive Officer of PVG, and his spouse;
Pending exercise of the warrants, there is no change to Mr Tonner's beneficial interest as a result of this transaction, this being 1,799,670 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 11.73% of the total voting rights of the Company.
