PV Crystalox Solar PLC04 April 2008 PV Crystalox Solar PLC 04 April 2008 Major Shareholdings PV Crystalox Solar PLC ("the Company") announces, in accordance with ListingRule 9.6.16, that JPMorgan Cazenove Limited has consented to the sale of 481,445ordinary shares of two pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by MrEdward Hesford, a retired employee, as part of his sale of 10,000,000 OrdinaryShares announced on 3 April 2008. Such consent is required pursuant to the termsof the lock up ("Lock Up") agreed in the underwriting agreement entered into atthe time of the Company's initial public offering on 6 June 2007. Mr Hesford'sremaining interest in 9,037,110 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.2%of the voting rights of the Company, remains subject to the terms of the Lock Upand, save in certain circumstances, cannot be disposed of until the date ofpublication of the Company's preliminary financial results for the year ending31 December 2008.
