Annual General Meeting Results

PV Crystalox Solar PLC held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 24 May 2012 at which all resolutions which were put to the AGM were duly passed.

In view of representations made by some shareholders prior to the meeting, Maarten Henderson the chairman did not seek re-election. As a result resolution 3 was not put to the AGM.

On behalf of the Board, chief executive Iain Dorrity expressed thanks to Maarten for his outstanding contribution to the Group in his role as chairman since the IPO in 2007.

The Board met after the AGM and appointed senior independent director John Sleeman as interim chairman.
