Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Options - Exercise by Directors and Directors' Outstanding Options

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia products provides an update of the Options exercised and vested under the Company's LTIP covering the period from 31 December 2011 to 29 March 2012.

A total of fifty thousand five hundred and sixty (50,560) Options have been vested and exercised during the period and were satisfied by the Company's Treasury shares of which thirteen thousand nine hundred and sixty (13,960) Options were exercised by employees at a $Nil exercise price. The balance of thirty six thousand six hundred (36,600) Options were exercised by Non-Executive Directors at an exercise price of GBP1.15 per share (US$1.84 per share) on 29 March 2012, details provided below:

Following the vesting and exercise under the Company's LTIP, the share capital is 154,566,294 ordinary shares of which 74,742 are held in treasury. The number of total voting rights in the Company is 154,491,552. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the notification of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Application has been made to AIM for the shares released from treasury to be admitted to trading on AIM.
