This is a correction of the announcement from 15:58 08.08.2018 BST. Reason for the correction: The announcement gave a dividend payment date of 31 August 2018 but should have stated 5 September 2018.

The Company is pleased to announce that a final dividend for the year ended 28 February 2018 has been approved by shareholders. Details of the final dividend are as follows:

Dividend per ordinary share - 2 pence

Ex-dividend date - 16 August 2018

Dividend record date - 17 August 2018

Dividend payment date - 5 September 2018
