Puma VCT 12 plc ("the Company")
The Company published its most recent Net Asset Value per ordinary share ("NAV per share") of 85.20p as at the close of business on 29 February 2020.
It has been the practice of the Company to report its NAV per share on a monthly basis. However, as contemplated in the Company's prospectus dated 14 October 2015, there may be circumstances in which the Company needs to suspend these reports. In consultation with its Administrator, with immediate effect the Company has elected to suspend the reporting of its monthly NAV per share, triggered by the inherent uncertainty of arriving at valuations of the Company's unlisted investments in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Company will report its next NAV per share as part of its interim results for the period ending 31 August 2020, and anticipates reporting on a six monthly basis thereafter in line with its financial reporting calendar.
