Parity Group PLC07 January 2008 7 January 2008 Parity Group PLC Pre-Close Trading Update Trading in the second half of 2007 has been in line with our expectations, withthe mix of revenue and profit continuing to evolve as anticipated as weresponded to the changing market and opportunities. Since we have relatively limited exposure to the financial services industry,volatility there has not materially impacted our performance. So far we have seen minimal impact on our business from the forecast economicslow-down. Whilst we are seeing some limited signs of increased pressure onlower margin activities and some client caution, since the latter part of 2007we have been managing the business in the expectation of a tougher businessclimate while continuing the shift to more business critical and higher marginactivities and maintaining tight cost control. For the coming year we target continued recovery and further operationalimprovement.
