Total Voting Rights
As required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of Parity Group plc ("the Company") announces that, as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 38,246,784 ordinary shares with a normal value of 2p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 38,246,784.
The above figure of 38,246,784 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
