Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, the Company notifies the market today that the Company's issued ordinary share capital as at 30 June 2011 consists of 68,741,567 Ordinary Shares, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 68,741,567. This number should be used by shareholders as the denominator for determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
