Swinstead is the solebeneficiary, on 23 October 2006 purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 2p each inthe Company ("Shares") and on 26 October 2006 purchased 50,000 Shares, at 57.5pper share and 57p per share, respectively. The resultant current interest of Mr P.E. Swinstead, non-executive Director ofthe Company, therefore comprises 1,330,050 Shares, representing approximately3.51% of the Company's current issued share capital. END.
