Parity (AIM: PTY) wishes to announce that at the Group's annual general meeting today, Sir Peter Luff did not stand for election as Non-Executive Director of the Group for personal reasons unrelated to the Group. The Board would like to express their thanks and appreciation to Peter for his work on the Board of the Group.
