Director Disclosures
Parity Group plc, the technology focussed consultancy and staffing business, announces the following additional disclosures in relation to John Conoley, pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
John Conoley, Executive Chairman of the Company, was a director of Convergent Communications plc ("Convergent") until 15 April 2003. On 26 June 2003, within 12 months of Mr Conoley ceasing to act as a divisional director, Convergent entered administration and was dissolved on 5 February 2008. The Administrators anticipated a shortfall to creditors. In addition, Mr Conoley was also a director of Crosshouse Holdings Limited ("Crosshouse") until 15 April 2003. On 15 December 2003, within 12 months of Mr Conoley ceasing to act as a director, Crosshouse entered administration and was dissolved on 15 April 2005.
