("Parity" or the "Company")
Block Listing Application
The Company announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 700,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") (the "New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Parity Group plc share plans.
On exercise the New Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that the block listing will become effective from 21 December 2015.
