AGM Statement

At the Group's Annual General meeting today Lord Freeman, Non-Executive Chairman of Parity, will make the following comments:

"The strong momentum seen at the start of the current year, and detailed at the time of our full year results in March 2016, has continued across our core businesses, Parity Professionals and Parity Consultancy Services. Trading is in line with the Board's expectations for the full year ended 31 December 2016."

Parity is now creating additional services for customers, thereby building on the momentum seen in our agency business. These new services are complementary to existing capabilities in project solutions and consultancy, and will enable the business to demonstrate value through expertise, thus expanding existing relationships as well as supporting the creation of new relationships. With these new services, Parity is now able to:

· analyse and predict customer's requirements for critical skills and help them assess their capability to fulfil these requirements in the medium to long term; and

· work with the customer to tailor solutions to meeting these needs, including where necessary, the acquisition of people, development of capability and delivery of projects.

We are initially targeting markets where we have presence, experience and which are undergoing significant change. The specific areas where Parity consistently identify customers' skills gaps are:

· Digital and Cloud-based technical skills;

· Project Management; particularly related to Agile development;

· Business Intelligence and Master Data Management; and

· Security and cyber skills.

The Group's vision is to be the one-stop shop for customers, helping them define their needs in these areas, and working with them to ensure provision, both immediately and over time through our full range of competitively priced services. The new consultancy offerings we are developing will help realise that vision.

There has been no material change to the Group's financial position since the publication of our Audited Preliminary Results on 17 March 2016.
