Trading Update: Receipt of Significant Order by Digitek
The board of PeerTV plc (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market, and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions wishes to update the market that its subsidiary company Digitek SMT Assemblies has received a Purchase Order having a sales value of about $500,000 for delivery by November 2013.
It is the first part of a framework order which management expect to total at least $1 million. The order has been placed by a newly acquired customer, based in Israel, which is a designer and supplier of advanced medical and control systems.
Commenting on the new order Avi Vermus the Chief Executive Officer of Digitek said "We are very pleased to receive this order. It comes as a direct result of our marketing strategy in recent months to focus on customers with potential for high volume business who recognize Digitek's high standards as confirmed by the certifications we have received. We continue to work hard to explore opportunities and increase our pipeline."
