Board Reorganization

PeerTV (AIM: PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market, announces the following changes to the Board.

Moshe Bartov has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of PeerTV Ltd. effective immediately and is also joining the Board of PTV Plc. As mentioned in earlier announcements Moshe has extensive experience of the Pay TV industry.

At the same time Ofer Barda, Chaim Bechor, Eatamar Drory and James McGeever, have resigned from the Board of the Company effective as of today. Ofer Barda will also cease to be CEO of S.M. Digitek, the Company's printed circuit board subsidiary. He is being replaced by Avi Vermus, who has been S.M. Digitek's CFO since April 2011.

Commenting on the changes, Leon Nahon, Chairman said:

"Since Moshe's appointment as Chief Operating Officer in September, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of the industry and how PeerTV should position itself within it. His product knowledge and industry familiarity is highly developed and I am confident he will be able to steer the Company through its current product development plan and further expand the Company business.

The reorganization of the board also reflects PeerTV Ltd.'s transition from a R&D driven organization to a commercial and marketing driven organization. We would also like to thank Chaim and Eatamar for their valuable contributions to the development of PeerTV and its current product portfolio and James for his input to the Board of the Company.

At the same time we would like to thank Ofer for his services to Digitek S.M. since 2008 and we would like to wish him the best for his future."
