PeerTV plc (AIM:PTV), announces that it was notified today that Mr Kavi Dhana, Non-Executive Director of PeerTV, purchased a further 302,432 shares today at 1.85 pence per share. Following this acquisition of shares, Mr Kavi Dhana and his family hold 974,463 shares representing 7.91%.
