Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
PTSG, the niche specialist services provider, announces that on 5 September 2018 the Company will issue 53,333 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the vendors of Pendrich Height Services Ltd ("PHS"), the steeplejack business acquired in June 2015, in part settlement of the deferred consideration for the acquisition.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 53,333 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8:00am on 7 September 2018.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital comprises of 110,488,528 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 110,488,528.
The figure of 110,488,528 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
