In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company announces the following:
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 45,407,431 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which none are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 45,407,431, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
