AGM Update
On 24 March 2020, the Company published its Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), to convene the AGM for 12.00am (UK time) on 14 May 2020. Since then, the UK government has introduced a number of measures to limit the impact and spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). These measures include the restriction on all gatherings of more than two people in public, thereby limiting the ability of shareholders to attend the AGM.
In normal circumstances, the Board values very highly the opportunity to meet shareholders in person at the Company's AGM. However, the health and safety of the Company's employees and shareholders are of paramount importance. On this basis, shareholders will not be able to attend the Company's 2020 AGM in person.
In order to comply with relevant legal requirements, this year's AGM will be convened with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders. This will be facilitated by the Company.
