Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (the "AGM) of Pollen Street Secured Lending plc (the "Company") will be held at 11:30am on 30 June 2020 at Cobham Motorway Services, J9/10 M25, Downside, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 3DB. As detailed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, sent to shareholders on 4 June 2020, the AGM will be run as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend the AGM in person due to the measures that continue to be implemented by the UK Government in light of Covid-19.
The Board has arranged a listen-only conference call facility to allow shareholders to dial into the AGM and listen to proceedings. To register for dial-in details please email: psslcosec@linkgroup.co.uk
Registration for the AGM will close at 10.00 am on Tuesday, 30 June 2020. Shareholders attending the Meeting via this facility will not be counted in the quorum for the AGM and accordingly will not be able to vote at the AGM
