Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 4 December 2018, Jeff Fairburn, Group Chief Executive, transferred 510,400 shares in the Company to his wife, Jayne Fairburn.
Following this transaction the total interests in the Company of Jeff Fairburn (and his Closely Associated Persons) remain unchanged at 710,330 shares.
